Pre-order terms and privacy

What a pre-order is

Senmaya is not open yet. A pre-order reserves a place in the queue at the price shown on our page. We confirm every pre-order with you on WhatsApp before you pay, and we deliver pre-orders first, in the order they were paid, once we open.

Paying

We send you a payment request on WhatsApp (UPI, or a secure payment link). We never ask for card numbers, PINs or OTPs in chat.

Refunds

• You can cancel a pre-order at any time before we deliver your images and get a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp.
• If we cannot deliver, we refund every pre-order in full.
• Refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually within 7 working days.
• After delivery you pay only for the images you approve. Credit for images you reject is refunded or kept for your next saree, whichever you choose.

Your saree photos and your details

• We collect your name, WhatsApp number and the photos you send us, and use them only to make and deliver your images and to message you about your order.
• We do not show your sarees or images publicly, or share them with anyone, without your permission. They are processed by the image and hosting services we use to make them.
• Ask on WhatsApp and we will delete your photos and details.
• This site counts visits without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and does not track you across other sites.
